These Terms of Service set forth the terms and conditions that govern the use of the digital art services offered by the Digital Artist. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

▸ Payment ◂
Payment must be made in advance in the total amount of your commission through PayPal.
If you are from Brasil, then the payment method cam be via PIX through any bank app.▸ Timeline ◂
After payment, I will start your artwork within the following 3 (three) Days.
In case of any delays, I will promptly notify you and do my best to prioritize your comission.▸ Age Verification ◂
For orders with explicit adult content, you must send a valid national document that confirms your age before the order can be formalized. This is to prevent minors from accessing this type of content.▸ Pricing ◂
Excessively complex characters (e.g., multiple wings, complicated hair patterns, several limbs) may incur an additional charge.Please ask if you have any questions.▸ Changes ◂
You can make changes to your commission up to the linework stage.
After that, major additional changes will be charged.
Please be specific when placing your order and pay attention to the W.I.P (work in progress) steps I send you.▸ Other ◂
The artist reserve the right to politely refuse a commission without explanation.
The artist reserve the right to select which images he uploads to the gallery.Once the artist start your art (sketches stage), there is no possibility of a full refund.Partial refunds and art conversions are possible and open to negotiation, but only until the Coloring stage. After that, refunds won't be possible.You cannot profit from my art without my permission. You cannot claim my art as your own. However, you can post it wherever you want, as long as you credit the artist accordingly.I can use the art I create as a portfolio with due credit to the character's owner. However, I am not allowed to claim your character as my own or draw it without your permission to promote my art.
